Man Charged With Felony For Stealing Someone's Wi-Fi

Police have arrested a man for using someone else's wireless Internet network in one of the first criminal cases involving this fairly common practice.

wile im sure that this guy will be convicted by a local judge im positive that it will be over turnd on appeal if it goes to a higher court. there is no law that prevents someone from listening to any frequency including military, aircraft, police or even 900MHz/2GHZ cordless phones its in the air and its available to anyone. wile war driving involves more than just listening but transmitting as well its on a frequency that that is for open public use much like the CB or family radios found at walmart
